This small tire from Kong is made of natural rubber and is therefore completely harmless to your puppy. To activate the puppy, you can spread wet food into the groove, or spray delicious liver paste into the cavity.
This toy is also ideal if you have a dog that tends to swallow its food, as this can be put to an end.
